Marsha Ray joined Concord Hospitality after 30 years in the hospitality industry, bringing with her an extensive background in various hospitality sectors, including branded and independent hotels, luxury resorts, lifestyle accommodations, convention centers, city hubs and airport facilities. With a rich history of positions held across Canada and the United States, she boasts comprehensive expertise in all operational aspects, from food and beverage management to front office pre-openings, transitions, conversions, and beyond. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and is fluent in both English and French. She resides in Chicago and enjoys frequent travel to both Canada and France, where she has family. In her free time, Marsha can be found walking, hiking, running, or sitting on the dock enjoying the view.
