Farrah Staub
In her regional role, Farrah supports properties that include full-service hotels, independent, lifestyle/luxury bands and numerous select service hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt branded hotels.
Farrah joined Concord Hospitality in 2013 as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley for eight years. Originally from Las Vegas, her career started in sales right out of high school holding various positions with MGM Resorts International which includes Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing. Having worked in various markets she has extensive experience across all segments including leisure, business transient, social events, corporate groups and conferences, citywide events, collegiate and professional sports teams. Her diverse experience and leadership skills have been instrumental in shaping sales strategies and achieving sustained revenue growth.
She has received awards including Full-Service Sales Team of the Year, MPI Suppler of the Year, Marriott Sales Leader of the Year and the Horizon Award from the Greater Raleigh Convention Visitors Authority . She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Las Vegas Nevada. Farrah and her husband Daniel have been married for 17 years and love to travel internationally. During her free time, Farrah enjoys hot yoga and spending time with her 11 year old son Dylan and 16 year old son Ethan. She also enjoys visiting her 26 year old daughter Kayla who lives in California.
