Debra Punke
Ms. Punke joined Concord Hospitality in 1994 and has made countless contributions to the company throughout her career. Ms. Punke has an extensive and successful background in operations including serving as Vice President of Operations from 2002 – 2007. During that time Ms. Punke opened a total of 17 hotels, including leading the charge of Concord’s entry into Canada by opening five hotels in seven weeks. As Chief Human Resource Officer, Ms. Punke oversees our company’s culture, organizational growth strategies and champions Human Capital Initiatives in the areas of Technology, Talent Acquisition, Training, Benefits, Risk and Compliance. Ms. Punke also leads our company’s efforts around sustainability, charitable giving and wellness. She is the co-chair of AHLA’s HR committee and sits on advisory boards within the NCRLA, Marriott, and Hyatt and leads our peer companies in an annual benchmarking conference. Ms. Punke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University in West Virginia.
