Crystal Thrasher Promoted to Vice President of HR Services
RALEIGH, N.C. (January 04, 2024) – Concord Hospitality, the award-winning hotel development and management company boasting a portfolio of over 150 hotels across North America, is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Crystal Thrasher to the position of Vice President of HR Services. In her new role, Crystal will uphold that commitment while leading and shaping onboarding processes for new teams during hotel openings and acquisitions, implementing compliance guidelines, fostering positive associate relations, promoting an inclusive workplace culture, facilitating learning and development initiatives, and maintaining an effective safety program.

Joining Concord in 2015, Crystal has been an indispensable member of the HR team, consistently exhibiting exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a profound understanding of Concord’s unique company culture. Over the course of her nine years with the company, she has made numerous meaningful enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing innovative processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient. Her work has not only reduced costs but has enhanced the associate experience. Crystal is passionate about serving others both inside and outside the organization and often volunteers with the Girl Scouts of the USA organization as well as a local animal rescue group.
