CONCORD HOSPITALITY RECEIVES 10TH CONSECUTIVE PARTNERSHIP CIRCLE AWARD FROM MARRIOTT
Concord was recognized with numerous accolades at Marriott’s 2024 CONNECT Conference
Concord Hospitality, the award-winning hotel management and development company currently operating over 140 hotels across North America, received multiple accolades at Marriott’s 2024 CONNECT Conference including the coveted Partnership Circle Award, making Concord the first company ever to receive the award 10 consecutive years in a row. The Partnership Circle is Marriott’s top accolade, honoring franchises within the portfolio that demonstrate remarkable leadership, dedication and success. In addition to the Partnership Circle Award, Concord Hospitality received several other accolades including the Developer of the Year Award, Best Opening Award and Rookie Award.

Concord was also again named Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes companies with a proven ability to grow with Marriott’s portfolio in the U.S. This year, Concord Hospitality opened The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett located in the Gas South District, a multipurpose campus known for hosting a diverse range of events in the Atlanta metro area. Developed in partnership with Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau, the 348-room hotel is a state-of-the-art, full-service meetings and events facility that will serve to further distinguish Gas South District as a premier destination. Additionally, Marriott broke ground on the first StudioRes property being developed in partnership with Concord Hospitality and Whitman Peterson who are planning to develop over four dozen StudioRes properties spanning 42 markets in North America.
Following a successful opening of the Courtyard Calgary Downtown, Concord was recognized with the Best Opening Award and the Rookie Award. The Best Opening Award is a prestigious honor which celebrates the most remarkable openings within the network in the past year and highlights excellence in various aspects of the launch. The Rookie Award is another notable accolade that honors properties that have excelled in their first year of operation. The Courtyard Calgary Downtown is located in the heart of its namesake city offering its guests an unparalleled location, modern amenities and exceptional service.
