Concord Hospitality Promotes Richard Rose to Vice President of Business Development

RALEIGH, N.C. (Oct. 2, 2019) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises, an award-winning hotel management and development company, is pleased to announce that Richard Rose has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In his new position, Rose will help manage business development opportunities – including third party management agreements, acquisitions and new development opportunities, as well as other strategic partnerships – across Concord’s ever-growing portfolio.

A 27-year veteran of the hotel industry, Rose holds extensive experience in the opening and operation of both premium-brand hotels, conference centers and independent, luxury properties.

Rose joined Concord in 2007 as the opening Director of Sales and Marketing for the award-winning Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel before transitioning into the role of General Manager/Area General Manager in 2011. In this position, Rose led his team at Renaissance Raleigh North Hills to a No. 1 overall result in guest satisfaction in 2012, as well as achieved remarkable year-end results in the top 10 of Concord’s portfolio for five consecutive years.
