To be considered for this award a leader must excel in:

  • Champions and fosters proactive direct sales culture in the hotel
  • Involvement in direct sales
  • Sales creativity
  • Sales leadership
  • Significant contribution to the hotel’s sales effort
  • Consistent usage of the Mad About Market Share tools
  • Hotels must have gained in RevPAR Index YOY, with a minimum of 100 RPI
  • Hotel performance in the areas of Revenue, RevPAR, OCC and ADR/Growth, will also be considered
